Before and After - 70s Fireplace

I did this project a few years ago. Each rock is painted and glazed separately in stony colors. Homeowners have since installed an insert. Everything is still fine with the finish on the rocks.

It was quite a transformation in this house.

Here's the before

About Me

I am a decorative painter, which means I get to play at work. I started Dancing Brush Painting in 2003 after giving up trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up. This is the most fun job ever, and I'm privileged to work with the nicest clients, designers/decorators and contractors around. I'm married to THE BEST man on the planet and we have a beautiful, intelligent, talented grown up daughter. Our nuclear family is completed by our English Lab dog-companion.
